Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components
A specific item can be used to develop specific Pokemon. The upgrade can be obtained by spinning a PokeStop photo disc. It's often given as a prize during Pokemon GO events.
Upgrades can be applied to armors, weapons trinkets, weapons, as well as gathering tools to boost their level. The upgrade costs Flightstones or crests depending on the type of item.
Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to give attribute bonuses or additional effects when the equipment is utilized. The equipment being upgraded must have an available upgrade slot to accommodate the component, and the majority of upgrade components require the item being upgraded to be above a certain level. Certain upgrade items also come with special visual effects when applied to an item. Upgrade components can be acquired through crafting, bought from karma traders or traded with other players on the Trading Post, used to repair equipment, or as rewards in game.
There are various upgrade components, each with distinct bonuses. Universal upgrades, such as gems and inscriptions are able to be used on any type of equipment. They provide fewer bonuses than the other types of upgrade component. Infusions can be found in non-amulet ascended equipment and legendary equipment, while enrichments are used to upgrade certain items that are ascended back. The majority of upgrade components can be replaced when they are inserted into an item, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade. The only exceptions are glyphs which can only be inserted into gathering tools, and enchantments. Both are able to be removed and replaced.
Insignias and enchantments will be displayed their names on the hover display of the item, while upgrades that have a suffix or prefix will add their name to the end of the name of the equipment (e.g., a Radiant Insignia on Tyrian Armor would change the name to Radiant Tyrian Armor). The tooltip of an item will display the number of upgrade components that have been added to it.
Glyphs
Glyphs are special characters that can be added into an OpenType font to add functional or decorative elements such as ligatures, ornaments, fractions and swashes registered trademark symbols, and ellipses. The Glyphs panel lets you view and insert these special characters, as well as normal glyphs, such as em dashes, en dashes, registered trademark symbols and characters that are not found in other fonts (such as dingbats).
Each Glyph provides an initial boost to the stats of the character. The glyph can also have up to four secondary stats which will alter the radius of your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats are a percentage boost that is multiplied by additional bonuses, except for Speed Glyphs that directly increase the speed of the hero.
Selecting the Glyphs and then clicking "enchant" will activate the Glyphs. This will display a new window with the Glyphs you own that can be applied to the selected item. Make sure you select the right kind of Glyph can be applied to the selected item, as each weapon, piece of jewelry or armor piece has an array of different Glyphs.
Glyphs can be leveled up by running Nightmare Dungeons or completing Tree of Whisper quests. The more challenging the dungeon, the higher the amount of Glyph experience that you will earn. Once a Glyph reaches level 15 and is upgraded, it can be upgraded at the Glyph Upgrade Altar. Upgrades to a Glyph increases its radius on the Paragon Board by one node every 15 levels.
After a Glyph reaches the desired level you can activate it. Select it and click the "enchant button". The resulting glyph will give its stated benefit and increase the number of nodes that are within its radius on the Paragon Board. Glyphs should be placed in areas that will benefit your build the most. This is why you should prioritize Magic Glyphs as soon as possible. Rare glyphs may also offer double bonus in the event that certain conditions are met.
Click the cycle widget to change the view of the Glyphs Panel. Each view shows the Glyphs in a different font. You can narrow down the list of glyphs by choosing an option beneath "Entire Font". For example, punctuation only displays punctuation glyphs. Math Symbols restricts the selection to mathematical symbols.
Rerolling
Rerolling is the process of creating an account with a brand new username in order to increase your chances of acquiring the character or weapon you want. This can be done to help you level up faster or to get better loot, such as a better weapon for your current character. Many players will play until the character they want is available, regardless of power. This could be due to the fact that they like the design or personality.
You should ensure that you make clean changes when you roll back. This means you should check locally that the patch is able to pass the pre-commit checks, and you should also conduct a core development test. Upload the patch with a plain difference to an issue (see What is an interdiff?) ).
Rerolls can take days or weeks depending on how lucky you are. To cut down on time, avoid enemy camps that are not required during this time. Additionally you should not re-do any quests that could be completed later in the game. This will save time and energy.
Another crucial aspect to remember when rerolling is to make sure that you are aware of the upgrade system. There are many ways to enhance your character's strength and appearance. Upgrades, rerolling characters and upgrading weapons are all options. It is also important to know the limitations of the system.
Rerolling isn't necessary but it's a way to increase the chances of acquiring the right character or weapon. It can be used to determine which character is the best or to experiment with different builds and playstyles.
Sets
A set is a group of objects that share common attributes (like the number of eggs in a dozen, or the members of the class). Sets can be used to perform operations such as union, intersection and distinction.
When you upgrade a set item, it transforms into an entirely new version that is better than the previous version. For weapons and armor this means that it gets an increase in the base defense, an lower strength requirement, and a lower amount of requirement.
Upgrading can be item upgrade to bring popular single-set items to parity with their higher-tier set counterparts. Upgrades like Guillaume's Face Helm to an Elite Spired helmet will boost the defense from 217 to 321 and reduce the strength requirements and level requirements to a more achievable range.
However it's important to keep in mind that not all set items are suitable candidates for upgrading. Some sets, like the FB Sorc Whistan's Shield spec or Naj's Puzzler staff are already Elite and Exceptional in their own right and do not need upgrading. On the other hand, some items that are BiS and are used frequently (like Goldwrap) may benefit from being upgraded to improve their stats even more. For these kinds of items, it could be worth the cost to upp them.
